While many people prefer to rinse after the use of mouthwash bitter, with an alcohol such as Listerine, not required.
You can always eat after a mouthwash.

What types of mouthwash? I want to say something like Listerine, Scope, etc. There are no significant antimicrobial effect in order to rinse.
Fluoride rinse is best taken before bedtime, this should be made clear.
