Can I connect D915GLVG onboard VGA port directly to TV, using VGA to S-Video adapter? - vga to s video adapter

I know what I want, but do not know the answer. This motherboard has nearly useless PCI Express (x1) instead of x16 slot, so I really need to know that you can directly connect to the TV (only, I will not use any monitor in this machine, and not in HD), without aging style PCI video card with TV-out ports.
