Black Fedora Why Do People Stare At Me When I Wear My Black Fedora Hat?

Since we do not see a lot of hats in Nice service. Back in lots 40 and 50, people wear hats. Today, most people are just with the population caps or hats. Take this lovely hat and not take care of people-watching. They only admire.
